On Thursday night Mike Bradburn our chairperson was able to make an announcement, about the "Awards for all grant" which had been applied for at the start of the season.

 

Well it is brilliant news the application was successful and the club was awarded just short of £10,000 this will  meet the cost of an irrigation system, which will make a tremendous difference to the upkeep and the quality of our green.

 

Connie Walford and Mike did all the work to bring this application to fruition so well done to them both.

 

Work should commence in September as the bowling season closes.
